Guy Emanuele manages the Sea Water program. In addition, he also provides calibration services to all parts of our group.

Activities

• Manage Sea Water CO₂ laboratory and Sea Water Database.
• Perform high-precision extractions of total Dissolved Inorganic Carbon (DIC) in sea water.
• Provide calibration gases for high-precision manometry.
• Operate Electronic Constant-volume Manometers for measurement of discrete CO₂ aliquots extracted from both sea water and atmospheric samples.
• Perform calibration analyses for atmospheric standard gases.
• Manufacture calibration gases for mass spectroscopy.
• Assist in development of new analytical instruments and procedures.
